The Millwork Hotel is a planned top-of-market lifestyle hotel in Omaha’s Millwork Commons, developed in partnership with Aparium Hotel Group. The project will blend adaptive reuse of historic structures with new construction, featuring a destination restaurant, rooftop bar, and locally curated amenities. Designed to complement the neighborhood’s industrial roots while supporting its forward-looking energy, the hotel will serve as a central gathering place for both locals and visitors. Upon completion, the Millwork Hotel will be a signature hospitality anchor for one of Omaha’s most creative neighborhoods.
