O’Keefe Building

The O’Keefe Building is a four-story, 77,000-square-foot adaptive reuse property located at 14th and Jones Streets, reactivating a century-old downtown brick structure originally constructed in 1920 in Omaha’s historic warehouse district. The building features loading docks, freight elevators, conference rooms, underground parking, and a versatile mix of office and light-industrial spaces. Named for longtime tenant O’Keefe Elevator, which operated its corporate headquarters here for decades, O’Keefe combines historic character with modern functionality.
