Nook Apartments

Nook Apartments is a new-construction, three-story multifamily community currently under development in Omaha’s historic Little Italy neighborhood. Rising on the former Grace University campus, the approximately five-acre project will deliver 250 market-rate apartment and townhome units across ten buildings, with most homes designed as one-bedroom layouts and a smaller number of two-bedroom units. Planned amenities include dedicated parking, micro-scale pocket parks with fire pits and neighborhood seating, and a design oriented toward bike, bus, and pedestrian connectivity. Positioned just south of downtown and embedded in a deep-rooted, walkable neighborhood, Nook Apartments will offer attainable urban living enhanced by integrated green space and strong ties to the surrounding community.
